Tammy Ibiza: Community beyond the feed

From the Mediterranean to Miami, curated experiences and mindful movement shape Clandestinemood, a community where women connect beyond the feed.

Before community became part of her work, it was part of Tammy Ibiza’s surroundings. Growing up in Ibiza meant living among different cultures, with creativity and freedom woven into everyday life. That environment shaped an interest in fashion, wellness, travel and, above all, connecting people. Eventually, those interests came together in Clandestinemood, a community that brings women together through experiences across different cities.

Moving to Miami opened a new personal and professional chapter. Her personal brand developed along the way, as she shared her work, lifestyle and inspirations. “Today my brand is simply a reflection of who I am: my Mediterranean roots, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and the experiences that continue to shape me”, she explains.

Rather than separating those parts of her life into distinct identities, Tammy lets them inform one another. Her work as a Pilates instructor and her approach to gathering women share a starting point: the experience should feel personal, considered and worth returning to.

Connection, with intention

Clandestinemood grew from Tammy’s desire to connect women through thoughtfully curated experiences. For her, what makes those gatherings meaningful is not simply bringing people into the same space, but creating a sense of belonging.

“I’ve always believed in quality over quantity, meaningful connections, and creating experiences that make people feel part of something special”, she reflects.

That principle also guides her teaching. In Miami’s competitive wellness and fitness scene, Tammy has built her Pilates approach around attention to detail and genuine connection with the people she teaches. “For me, Pilates is much more than a workout; it’s about how you feel, both physically and mentally”, she emphasizes.

She carries that philosophy into Clandestinemood. The connection between the two is less about a particular format than a consistent intention: considering how people experience what she creates. “I think what makes my work different is that everything comes from a genuine passion for wellness, community, and meaningful experiences, rather than simply following trends”.

Knowing what not to build

Miami offers the energy of a city where people are constantly looking for something new. Tammy finds that environment both full of opportunity and demanding, pushing her to keep evolving. Yet building a recognizable identity has also required deciding which opportunities to leave behind.

“Not every opportunity, collaboration, or trend aligns with my values, and I’m comfortable with that”, she acknowledges. “I don’t want to build a brand around trying to please everyone or following what everyone else is doing”.

For an entrepreneur whose personal identity is closely connected to her business, those decisions help define its direction. Growth has to remain consistent with the reasons people connected with her in the first place. As Tammy puts it, “Whether it’s my personal brand or Clandestinemood, I want everything I create to feel intentional, inspiring, and true to my identity”.

Trust happens beyond the feed

Social media helped Tammy share her perspective, but she makes a clear distinction between being visible and earning trust. One can introduce people to a brand; the other depends on what happens when they engage with it. “Social media can create visibility, but trust comes from the experience people have with you, the value you provide, and whether you deliver on what you promise”, she observes.

Her approach to building something sustainable comes back to consistency, listening and real relationships. Those are the foundations she wants to preserve as her work grows, rather than allowing changing trends to determine its direction.

“Trends will always change, but authenticity, quality, and the way you make people feel are what build long-term loyalty”, Tammy concludes. “Ultimately, you want to create something people believe in, not just something they follow”.
